Bank Sohar CFO resigns

Bank Sohar on Wednesday announced that Pieter de Witt, chief financial officer of the bank, has tendered his resignation from the bank’s service on August 5 for personal reasons.

The bank has accepted the resignation and commenced the process of recruitment for a replacement, Bank Sohar said in a filing to the Muscat Securities Market.

It said the bank shall update the market as and when the new chief financial officer is appointed. Pieter shall serve his notice period, which ends on November 5, 2018.
