H E Busaidi and H E Gen Nu’amani receive Japanese Prime Minister’s adviser, delegation
H E Sayyid Badr bin Saud al Busaidi, Minister Responsible for Defence Affairs, and H E Gen Sultan bin Mohammed al Nu’amani, Minister of Royal Office, on Monday received Kentaro Sonoura, special adviser to the Japanese Prime Minister and his accompanying delegation.
H E Busaidi received the visitor in his office at Mu'askar Bait al Falaj. The two sides exchanged cordial conversations. They also reviewed existing cooperation between the two countries and discussed several matters of common concern.
The meeting was attended by Rear Admiral Abdullah bin Khamis al Ra’eesi, commander of the Royal Navy of Oman, ambassador of Japan to the sultanate, and the delegation accompanying the guest.
During his meeting with H E Gen Nu’amani, Sonoura expressed his country’s keenness to enhance existing cooperation with the sultanate.
The two sides exchanged cordial conversations. They also reviewed the good historic relations binding the two countries in all fields and discussed ways of developing them to achieve joint interests. Further, the two sides touched on a range of issues of common concern.
