India Property Show in Muscat to feature Kerala’s best real estate companies

December 04, 2014

The CREDAI Kerala Pavilion at the India Property Show scheduled to be held at Al Falaj Hotel on December 5 and 6, is all set to act as a rendezvous point for Kerala’s most trusted builders and their prospective customers who are looking to buy an apartment/villa back in their home state.

The CREDAI Kerala pavilion is lining up illustrious builders from Calicut, Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram having a range of projects to suit the requirements of the customers.

The decline in value of rupee over the past year is luring non-resident Keralites living abroad to buy property in Kerala. According to a survey, 70 per cent of NRIs (Non-Resident Indians) in the Gulf are planning to leverage the power of their additional income by investing in properties.

Weakening of the rupee gives more power to buyers enabling them to buy properties at a lesser cost.

Even if an NRI takes a home- loan, his payouts are much cheaper as compared to last year. Hence, overall investing in this sector when rupee is low makes sense. Property investments in Kerala are believed to be the smartest move as the growth graph of the real estate sector is observed to be escalating day by day.

Depreciation of rupee against the dollar is a great attraction for NRIs to invest back home, so over a period of two to three years, an average return of 25-30 per cent can be expected.

The CREDAI Kerala Pavilion at Al Falaj Hotel is all set to give the prospective home buyers an opportunity to meet Kerala’s leading builders under one roof offering a wide array of properties in locations all over the state.

The show features exclusive and selected developers from various parts of Kerala and India – Alappuzha, Calicut, Cochin, Guruvayur, Kannur, Karaparamba, Kollam, Kottayam, Kozhikode, Pala, Paropady, Perithalmanna, Tellicherry, Thiruvalla, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Trichur, Trivandrum, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Noida, Bangalore, Chennai, Mangalore, Hyderabad, Coimbatore and Ooty.

The participating developers from Kerala include major real estate brands like ABAD Builders, Artech Realtor TVM, Asset Homes, Creations India TCR, Crescent Builders CLT, Heera Construction, TVM, Hilite Builders, Kalyan Developers, Kent Constructions, Malabar Dev. CLT, Nest Infratech, Noel Villas & Apartments, Queens Habitat CLT, SFS Homes, Skyline Builders, Trinity Arcade and Pentium Constructions to name a few.
