April 02, 2017

Ooredoo has launched new bundles for India, Pakistan and Bangladesh through OoredooTalk, the sultanate’s first Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) application.

The three-month promotion features the most cost-effective call rates to the Indian Subcontinent starting at just RO1. With validity periods lasting up to 30 days, the bundles offer higher value for money to keep family and friends in the sultanate connected to loved ones back home.

For a bundle fee of RO1, customers calling India and Bangladesh will receive 75 minutes while customers calling Pakistan will get 50 minutes. On charges of RO2, callers to India and Bangladesh will gain 160 minutes while those calling Pakistan will receive 105 minutes.

The bundles can be activated by opening the OoredooTalk application, going to the subscription option in the app menu and selecting your country and the required amount.

Feras al Sheikh, director of Consumer Sales at Ooredoo, said, “For expatriates living in the sultanate, nothing can be as comforting as calling home and catching up with your loved ones.

“We understand the need to stay connected to family and friends; we have launched these new bundles to care for the needs of each of our users and provide high call quality to ensure that customers never miss a moment. Now, communities will feel at home no matter where they are in Oman.”

To make international calls with ease, customers can download the OoredooTalk application via the Google Play Store or by visiting www.ooredoo.om/Personal/Talk/OoredooTalk. For more information, visit Ooredoo’s stores, their website or social media channels.
